Nano 5.5 water movement questions

Hi guys,
i am think about starting a 5.5 nano,
will this filter be good..

Aquaclear 70 Power Filter

it says Maximum output: 300 US GPH. Full flow control: 100 US GPH, what does that mean..
With the media in it it will flow around 100 GPH...

I was goin to use the aqua clear for water movement..
i will also house my heater in the aquaclear..
any thoughts..

That's a lot of flow for a 5.5 .........you can replace the impeller to lower the flow.

You'll also have to modify the intake tube because it's too long.
