Tomoko and others, I think Fred isn't going to be able to come to the meeting afterall. We just found out our son will be in an ice skating exhiibtion, which I expect will conflict with the time of the meeting. If I discover that the two events don't conflict and Fred can come, I'll let you all know. We're sorry we can't attend; hopefully, we can attend the next meeting.

I am planning on bringing some sort of sweets to the meeting. prncalbrt told me that he can bring soft drinks and some bags of chips. Monica said that she can bring something, too.

Is it okay with everyone to go the finger food route? On the other hand, we can accommodate a lunch offer if someone wants to show up with BBQ or something .

Kathy and Jack will have pulled barbeque pork and fixings. So we need drinks and desserts.

Jack said "We thought we would have several different free corals to choose from including ricordeas, duncans, zoas, acros, and acans. To be fair, we thought everyone should put their name in for a drawing to see who picks first. They will pick their coral in the order of the drawing."

Sounds great, doesn't it?
