need help with Di install....kinda

so i just thought, in an effort to save a lot of money, i remembered that i have an RO system on my kitchen sink....so im thinking if i just add a DI, i could just use that already installed set up.

what i would need help doing, is hooking up the DI....it looks fairly simple, but i would feel better if i had someone there for some possible hands on help.

but until then, i'll still take any water anyone is willing to give, for me to mix myself.

Setting up the DI should be really easy. All you will need is a John Guest "T" fitting, an inline John Guest ball valve, and a little bit of tubing, then you'll be good to go! Let me know if you need help and I can walk you through it.

thanks, i thought it might be fairly easy....

i talked to a guy today that might have talked me away from that idea.... the RO system was already installed when i moved in, so far i can't find the model to find out what the GPD is, but he said that the "drinking water systems" are usually pretty slow.

any info to the contrary, or is he pretty much right? and should i just spend the money to get an aquraium one?
