I sold my Asm g4X to another RC member back in June. The buyer has just gotten around to setting it up and claims to be missing the skimmer neck. How this happened I don't know, but I was wondering if you could order a replacement or put me in touch with the manufacturer.

Can you check for where the skimmer cone was shipped to?

What address was this shipped to?

Check the UPS shipping info. It was delivered and signed by Hill and the location is Dock.

This is my home and no one was here at the time indicated to sign for this and I surely do not have a Dock.

Can you look into this for me so that I can try figure out where this is?

ok, I got the cone and it locks into the skimmer but there appears to be another piece missing that connects the cone to the collection cup.

Do you have this piece in stock?
