new 3.5" crocea dying!! HELP

Got a crocea clam from an LFS today. Dripped acclimated for 45 minutes and was doing ok for 4hrs..mantle opening up slowly but when I just got home from a dinner I seen a lot of threads all over the tank. Picked the clam up under the dark. Could not find any snails or anything and found his underside with a big hole where his bypassal organ should be. He is really holding on tight. Anything I can do?

sister took camera. Will borrow friends. He is in the same condition this morning. Carberry anthias, yellow coris wrasse, tamarin wrasse, hermits, cleaner shrimp.
