The freash water test ran great
after two days of draining the tank and a week of makeing water and washing sand for half the day saturday we are up and running.

Washing sand is always fun. Looks like your making good progress, can't wait to see some life in there

The new dart i got you can not even hear it run
for me the use of the hammer head let me eliminate 5 pumps and still have enough flow in the dt

just a little update the hood is done lights are in and everything is good so far going to try and start the moveing everthing over tonight

Got all the fish and the carpet moved over last night.
Looks like everyone is doing great only got nailed by one bristle worm (dame worms)
will try to post pictures after all the glass is cleaned
 
Awesome glad to hear the transfer went well this time. You don't have good luck with the worms do you! Lol

Sweet, I'm working on my 300DD now also where did you get you intake strainers?
Keep us posted on what you did with your overflows. I'm thinking of just cutting mine down and screening the overflow with gutter gard. you should be able to see my overflows when i'm done so what they look like won't matter.
