New and just wanted to say hi

Dragon:
This coming from a guy that wants to put money in to restore cars... Are you really sure you know what you are doing? ;)

The great thing is I can sell the mustang and can easily get what I bought it for in at least 3 days if money is needed. I bought that 10-11 years ago after thinking about it. That's like saying I buy corals to kill them LOL. So restoring the car as long as I don't get over bored which I am. Then I'll loose probably 3-4K if I go through with what I want now. Decided to re-do the entire top end.

I think the main reason for getting a muscle car is because I grew up in them .The smell and the raw power of these cars is none other. I'm just pulling Ken and Grants chain. I grew up with Vinyl and knew a lot of well known DJ's locally Q-Bert, Apollo, DJ master Mike (Beastie Boys DJ) they use to have crates and crates of them. And for the 8 tracks, grew up listening to "G Funk" simon and garnfunkel and John Denver. Those were two musicians I can literally sing their songs LOL. Being a military brat you listened to what pops played :lolspin:

So out of curiosity does anyone drive a sweet exotic or muscle car?

You have better success with a slight rephrasing: "Anyone have a sweet exotic or muscle car in their driveway?"

The word "drive" implies that the vehicle actually runs!

My parents also enjoyed John Denver. Rocky Mountain High and Grandmas Feather Bed come to mind.
