waldo looks great Gary!
the pictures here fail to capture Waldo's COMPLETE transformation (to date).
Besides the (obvious) polyp extension seen now this Acro has gone from a relatively flat brown "dud" to a fluorescent blue-green with emerging purple tips beauty. I hadn't realized how much this coral has grown until I posted this series of pix to RC.

IMO/IME the primary reason many Acropora transform from "brownout" to colorful specimen has mainly do to with moving the coral from a high nutrient environment to a low nutrient environment (with lighting usually playing a lesser role).
Acropora often look unremarkable in a high nutrient/poor environmental conditions.
I've seen Acropora "pop" under 5500k halide lighting.
My apologies to those already aware of this.

I'm not going to lie...

This is by far the best your tank has ever looked! I love the angle of the shot also :)

Took me a minute to find the Imperator in the pic... I actually spotted the Achilles' tail first. lol Tank is looking spectacular Gary! :)

thanks for the kind words

Marc- coral diversity is actually up considerably. Certain corals have already been fragged before these pix were taken and others (such as the purple Montis) are slated for fragging later this week.

I'm using 1/4" garden netting splined into aluminum window screen frame. It's not attached to the aquarium and it lifts off quite easily.

Top left A. samoensis??? Very cool growth morph and pattern. Slow grower?

Besides that Chalice and torches, any other LPS? Looks like you're mainly an SPS guy!
