New Carpet Anemone

Got my first carpet today. Traded two green btas for it. Its really very pretty and seems to be settling in nicely. I have tried to get it to stay in my lowest flow corner as it is in an LPS tank (I know dangerous). Pics.

The water is still a little cloudy from the sand being moved in around the nem.

When I picked it up the mouth was very tight and its been tight and open throughout the day. I think it will do well.

Why dangerous? Dangerous to fish maybe, but not to LPS. It's a sand anemone and won't move up into your rocks.

Most of my LPS is on the sand. I hope it doesnt move through them.

I know. It makes me a little nervous. I keep a moonlight on it at night, hoping that will help. I know it probably wont

It has a 6 bulb T5 retro over it. 4 blue+, supper actinic, and a daylight.

Same here! BTA are easy to find.. dime in a dozen!.. Haddoni's are much tougher to find

Hey guys, couple of questions:

1) How often does everyone feed their nems? I feed my fish every couple of days with a cube of mysis and a cube of brine. I tried to spray some of this in the direction of the nem but he did not really seem all that interested.

2) What is best to feed the nem? Ive read anything from table shrimp to silversides but was wondering what people here are feeding their haddonis.
