New growth in tank

I am trying to ID this new growth in my tank I just noticed it and havent added anything in about a year. looks like a soft coral of some kind to me.

I see them there if I sign in but not if I am not signed in. How do i fix it? They are coppied url from an album on reef central.

Maybe search some algae pics? Red algae google images

I also has that when i first got LR. Thought it was a mushroom . Then one day my pepperrmint shrimp pried it off and walked off with it, that was the last i have seen of it.
