New JBJ 28 nano led

I just helped my son set up a nano in his aparment in SONO. I used about 30lbs of my LR and 20 lbs of my sand. We put in a pair of percs on Sunday and they seem to be doing fine.
He'll add a pistol shrimp and goby pair later this week. Any suggestions would be most welcome. He will be loking to buy some zoos soon. Any contiributions would be appreciated.
I'll post pics as things unfold.

Where'd you find the percs?? I've been looking for a companion for my bachelore(tte) for weeks and have only come across an adult and a ridonculously-priced "onyx" juvenile at HoF (it was definitely cute though!).

you may not want that much LR in the tank... The old 1lbs per gallon turns out mostly to be a marketing trick... Less is more, so what I am saying... if it feels like you maybe creating dead spots (where water doesn't flow well) take some rock out. 15-20lbs of Rock should be more than enough. Look into the "Golden Rule" now before it gets too late to re-aquascape, its amazing how much it makes a difference in the appearance of the tank.
