heres my new melanurus wrasse, my gf named it snowflake:sad2:

ya id say late juvi, also a female
these wrasses can get along with other wrasses added to the tank too, as long as the one u add is a nice one lol
everyone has a different experience with fish. Im hoping since its one of the last fish added and female, that it will be a nice fish. so far, hasnt been bothered and is actually getting bullied, not bad though, a little by the gramma and purple tang.I had a male and he ate a lot of snails and other clean up crew items. That never bothered me. Mine also did not seem to get alone with the other wrasses. Within 6 months of adding he had killed all of my fairy and flasher wrasses. Other than that he was a great fish!
you don't need a deep sandbed but you should have some sort of sandbed somewhere in it's aquarium.Brandon,
What type of sand bed do you have? Wondering as I'm thinking of getting a Melanurus but I've read you should have a deep sanbed.
