Nominess for 'cutest fish' you have or have had.

Fish are OK, but my interest is other inverts (other than corals). I love my rock flower anemones and my Hawaiian red reef lobster.

Should I go basic and say my baby snowflake clown? He is paired with a big true perc and looks so tiny next to his mate.

I also have a flame hawkfish, who is my favorite I have ever owned by far. Just so unique in character. If we are talking about strictly being the cutest fish I ever owned, has to be the yellow clown goby I had in the past.

Back in the day I had a large Guinea Fowl Puffer, it would come to the top and look at people, then spit water at them. Had to love the guy!

More recently, on the other end of the size spectrum, a black sailfin blennie lived front and center in a group of barnacles. It was always there watching you before you could watch it. Great little fish.

My favorite fish was my Lawn Mower Blennie. He had such a great personality. My second favorite is my Barnacle Blennie. You really don't see him until the food falls into the tank. But he is lightning fast and accurate to get his food.

Hands down it's my starry blenny.

IN answer to Anthony's question, fighting can happen even between compatibles in too small a tank, and some species (tangs) seem to react to any of the same species type, regardless of color; while others seem to react to their own exact type, but ignore others science says belong to the same group. This is why we say it's best to ask: one rule does not cover it. In a group as large as RC chances are someone has tried it, seen it, and knows.

I have to say my green mandarin. Such a cute face and love the way he looks at me and comes to the front when I go to the tank!

Bi-color blenny, he is a real character. His spots get super white when he's flustered.

I really want a starry blenny too.

Melanurus Wrasse. Mine likes to cuddle up against the glass under the sand. First time I saw him I was really confused.

Flame hawks are so cute! Those eyes and the way they look at everything. Not a reef fish, but green spotted puffers are also super cute.

i dont have many fish yet but my diamond back goby is my fav. not sure i like him putting sand all over my rocks though. haha

My blue spotted puffer was really cute. He would follow me from one side of the tank to the other. They are super curious. Easily one of my favorite fish.
