Hi,
Today I barely noticed this on my sps and I'm wondering if it can heal by itself, I'm wondering why did this happen? All my other SPS are doing great I recently bumped up my LEDs 5% so I'm wondering if I'm burning my corals... I lower the intensity of my LEDs to about 50%

In the middle part of the picture there is a white spot like the size of a dime is all white like it bleached or burned by light

bleaching caused by lighting usually happens from the top moving down. Too little light happens from the bottom moving up or in the shaded areas caused by Leds. I would be led to believe that is from water parameters or burn from another coral or inhabitant picking.

but the pic is very very blue.

Crap something like flatworms? I know it's hard to tell but couldn't see any on it or any other pest I will keep an eye on it

What should I do, how should I treat it? This one is well encrusted on my live rock

The quality of the pic isnt too well, but it looks like either bleached due to excessive light or maybe even new growth. Doesnt look like too bad to be honest. I would lower the LED Intensity and keep an eye on it. Dont try to remove etc.

Overall that coral doesn't look healthy. I'm not seeing much in the way of polyp extension and the color is awfully bland? This is usally a sign of either poor tank conditions or a pest.
Flatworms can certainly do that. Look for little eggs on the exposed skeleton or bite marks on the living tissue.

I agree that you should check for flatworms. The damage looks very similar to what they do, very little color, thin skin & bare patches.
