What would be the next step to fix one alarm???

I have a pair of 6101's and just upgrade to your 19v transformers. Now one of the pumps can not handle more than 65% power... Swapped props, cleaned props, swapped power supplies...

What else do you check or replace???

Thanks

I assume you mean 6100, the 6101 has no alarm and just has one model power supply with switchable voltage. I would make sure the inside of the pump is clean, pour some vinegar in the rotor well and let it sit for a couple hours and also make sure the bearing 3000.610 is clean and not dragging on the drive unit and that the 3000.612 oring is underneath the bearing (not on top). The only other cause that comes to mind is the bearing bush may be too tight if you changed drive units and didn't replace this part, over the years this part evolved to have a looser fit and reduce the calcium build up rate and a new drive unit in an old bearing bush will fit too tight and bind.
