I have been in there a handful of times over the past year and i was glad to see them get more Slatwater tanks in. I will say this they have too much of two things, attitude and flatworms. I may have had a few bad experiances, perhaps it is poor Luck.

the few times i've been there, were ok experiences, not to much attitude. nothing too special coral wise that caught my eye, fish look pretty healthy as they have a quarentine set-up in back. one of my only purchases from them ever was for a decent size randall's goby, good price too. have had him for a couple of years now at least.

I was just there yesterday. Their look down frag tanks seem like they need new bulbs or are low on kH--no color to the SPS. They seem to have given up bringing in full colonies, and they've switched over one entire fish wall from SW to FW. And their chaeto tank is now a chaeto and planaria tank, which makes me not want to buy anything from any of the tanks.

I would have to agree that their displays and the range of selection have taken a fall. When they first set up their look down tanks, they had SPS frags lined up on pegs from wall to wall. Now it seems they are never fully stocked in any department. And everything in the big reef tank is slowly dying. Also, they had some fish there that seemed like they never should have been distributed in the first place. There were some arabian dottybacks that looked like lumps of orange clay.

I hope they get it together, because I like going there.

I like going there also, they did cut back on sw tanks. Overall it's decent, somewhat fair prices on things. The only attitude complaint I would have is the girl that works there. She always seems like shes in a bad mood and when and if I ask her for help which is never anymore, she always has an attitude about it which I don't appreciate. If you don't want attitude go with Tony or the kid with the beard. She's actually a major reason if I don't have to go in there I won't. I like to feel appreciated when spending my money somewhere.

Which girl? They're 3 that work there. They all seem nice when I go in. There setups they just switched around about a month or two ago. As for the Cheato and Flatworm issue who know but it does not seem to be tied into there Coral tanks but are tied into there tanks that House fish that eat Flatworms and other parasites. There Frag tank has gotten some over haulin in that past month or two and they have been getting in some quality frags when I have been in there especially clams.. All in all they have step it up on there customer service and livestock...

Blonde girl, in her early 20's I would think, she works at night when I go. I've just seen her and a younger in her teen's, dark hair girl.

The blond girl in her twenties is Jaime, Tony's neice. She is the most knowledable and honest person there. Too bad you got attitude from her, she is nomally very cool.

+1 She is knowledgeable and getting an attitude from her is uncommon unless your giving her a reason to. :hammer: .

I agree with Jeff she is normally very Cool...

I stop in there often, I like Tony, he is always very helpful. They have helped me solve a problem or three in the past. In my opinion, they treat customers much better than most stores I visit. :)
