Pets Warehouse $40 recently switched to only LIRA members but I'm not sure how long that price will last....he's selling at a loss. Aquarium Village had posted on Manhattan Reefs for $50...again I'm not sure how long this price will last. Regarding being undersold.....get your lowest price on whatever you are interested in and then test his statement, (that's PW).

"At a loss" is relative term. What it really means is he is selling it for less than his profit margin should be. In reality he is probably paying $22.50 if I had to guess. What surprises me is that PW is not bound to a certain price in a given area. Or maybe he is??

I wouldn't doubt it. Retail can be very competitive. Many people would refer to this as a "loss leader". PW may well actually be paying more for this product than they're selling to you for. Retailers commonly do this in an effort to get you in the door. The hope is that you'll show your appreciation by buying other stuff while you're there, stuff that they are making a good profit margin on.

Just got back from pets and they got another pallet of ESV in and still for sale for 40 bucks a box. I believe you can purchase first box for 40 and after the first box they are 50 a box. Also some crazy acros
