Your parameters are good and haven't changed drastically (as long as all you equipment is right) When you noticed your no3 increasing did you back off on your feeding schedule? I ask because I have seen this occur in many aquariums. You slack off, your nutrients start to climb, you start feeding less to counter the elevated nutrient levels, corals that were possibly growing faster than they normally would without the feeding can no longer maintain their own mass through their zooxanthellae alone, this will set off a chain reaction that will lead to the whole colonies death. Try spot feeding to see if it helps some colonies. This may seem far fetched but I have seen it in my tanks and in the tanks of others. Last time my nutrients got a little high I just kept my routine the same and lost nothing. I have a 60 gallon tank with at least 30 different sps all are thriving.
