Yep,

Moved from there about 4&1/2 years ago. Th ehouse I sold the for $300,000 I cannot buy back for $750,000. In 4 years!!!!

It is very nice here compared to CA, as far as housing goes anyhow.

Thanks Clark, Now RC is going to want a cut off the top of my house. You know my sales agent will be upset if he finds out I'm marketing here on RC!! Dude now I'll have to raise the price to cover that FEE!!!! URRGGG I'm never going sell it!! :lol:
