Yep,

Moved from there about 4&1/2 years ago. Th ehouse I sold the for $300,000 I cannot buy back for $750,000. In 4 years!!!!

It is very nice here compared to CA, as far as housing goes anyhow.

Go through the pics. One shows a a very large tank built in the wall. Hard to tell but looks salt.

Love the pinball machines also

Thanks Clark, Now RC is going to want a cut off the top of my house. You know my sales agent will be upset if he finds out I'm marketing here on RC!! Dude now I'll have to raise the price to cover that FEE!!!! URRGGG I'm never going sell it!! :D

Not by a long shot!

lol that house would go for 1.4+ in LA... man i need to move out there with you guys... what can you guys get for $500,000 ?

I grew up in Chicago in apartment buildings until I moved out here and bought my house. I would get lost in a house that big!!!
Absolutely gorgeous!

Clark, The agent said for you"$725,000". He likes your marketing approach. Sell the tank...sell the house!

see the big old vlamingi or naso tang in the bottem right hand corner!

also, the "viewing" chairs in front of the tank appear to be a little short
