Online Seller of H&S Skimmer at USA

Is there available any H&S skimmer online seller based at USA?
Tell me please, if yes.
The H&S skimmer is using 230 volt.
The house electricity at my country is 220 volt.
Can I still use the H&S skimmer with this voltage-difference?
Do I need to use any additional electronic equipment/tool to handle this voltage-difference?
Tell me please, if yes.

I also would like to ask, what is the aquarium thickness with size of 60 cm Length × 50 cm Width × 60 cm Height?

I'm a little confused. You're asking about availability of H&S skimmers in the U.S. but, state in your country (I'm assuming different than the U.S.) your house voltage is 230. To my knowledge, there isn't anyone selling these skimmers in the U.S. anymore.

I am NOT an electrician but, I found this article that shows the difference between 220v and 230v. I also found some references that state using equipment rated at 230v on a 220v circuit could damage the equipment (void the warranty).

On the aquarium thickness, your dimensions work out to about a 47.5 gallon aquarium. According to this calculator, the the bottom glass should be 14.404mm (so let's say 15mm) and the front, back and side should be 8.422 (so let's say 10mm).
