You did forget about a couple other online guys/shops based in the bayarea that would chop that up , sell it for 40-50 a polyp and charge your $50 for shipping. Not naming anyone there. But to each to their own, "WE ARE A CAPITALIST NATION ".

Do you have a problem with me or are you just ignorant? I have them listed at half of what I traded to get them. If you look at where they came from they are $600/polyp. I was actually trying to bring the price down on them so more people could have them. How is that ripping people off? You should be carefull talking crap about people on here. If you see them in person you will see how bright the orange really is. I do agree with most of you about the lineage thing but where it gets tricky is that some people aren't that good at IDing corals. Take for example the war coral. After Tyree made that a limited, people were selling similar (but not the same) favias and favites as the real war coral. There are still tons of fake ones out there. Personally when I find something that is identical to the original I just label it as that. Identical but not from the original colony. It's just best to be up front about it. How many times have we all seen those threads about that watermelon colony that has been passed around as the original. Anyone that has the original can clearly tell that it isn't the same. Everyone else thinks it looks just like it.
Um, I do kind of have a problem with you Al and many others too. You and others do rip people off IMO. Where did that green/orange favia go that you bought from Ultimate Exotics recently go? You bought that for what? If I remember correctly it was a WYSIWYG w/ quite a few mouths, for less than $100 (I was thinking of buying it). And you were selling it for $60-70/polyp the other day!!!! Or was it $80/polyp? Calling it Rommels Mummy eye favia. So you bought it, renamed it (Rommel was calling it Miami Hurricane favia), and marked it way up. Why? To take advantage of other reefers? Why not bring the price down like you supposedly did with the EO? This type of crap puts a bad taste in my mouth concerning this hobby.

I think everyone needs to pause and take a deep breath before any further comments are made on this topic. I couple of fiery darts have been launched from both ends already. Personal opinions of a particular person should be sent to that person via PM's, but these public attacks aren't the way to handle a disagreement or conflicting opinions. Agree to disagree and move on is the best course of action if a discussion doesn't resolve the disagreement or opinion. No flaming is allowed here my friend, personal or otherwise.

I don't know what the heck you are talking about. I don't even know who ultimate exotics is. I know about Ultimate Frags but I haven't purchased anything from Rommel for a long time now. I have never had anything on my site called Rommels Mummy Eye. You are highly confused or you are just making things up. Get your facts straight before you say stupid stuff like that. The only time I charge what you would consider a lot is when I pay a lot. If I buy a coral wholesale I charge a lot less for it. Most of the corals I sell are made popular by other people. I have to pay the premium price to get them and grow them out. Most of my corals are grown in my tanks. I don't buy colonies and chop them up. Well not often at least.
I think you are talking about the Darth Maul Palys right? I actually named mine that before others copied the name. As you can see here I got the name from the Chalice that I named. I don't really care if people use the name. It just shows that others thought is was creative.
