I can only speak regarding the Oregon tort, high flow, medium-high light. Feeding Oyster feast and Rotifers once a week. Colony and frags doing well under these conditions.

Main difference between your setup and mine is the LED's. I use MH, 400w Radiums.

Red dragon isn't to picky. I just wouldn't nuke (or better yet I haven't tried nuking it). I have frags of it growing from mid to the bottom of the tank. Medium to high flow.

I have my red dragon mid tank under 250 watt radiums under med flow and its doing great. Oregon tort I couldn't keep for some reason. I moved it all over the tank different flow/lighting and stn'd on me. Cali tort right next to where it originally was is thriving. I've tried 2 Oregon's and lost both.

RD for me it likes lower light (mine about 100PAR LED) and LOVES RN Oyster Feast!!
mine knows when it's in there!

Been a few years for Oregon Tort but mine had medium flow and a ton of light (no PAR meter @ that time) 4" under the water and a 250 Phoeonix 8" off the water.
