Ot: first mud run this am

Participating in the finger lakes mud run. Can't sleep of course. Course is thankfully five minutes from my home. Never came up with a good idea for a costume, but more concerned with finishing considering I've barely run this year. Gonna be in the 40s this morning.

Have fun! My wife did the dirty girl mud run in Buffalo this year with a bunch of her friends. I watched. It was pretty spectacular.

Finger lakes mud run in Everest park. Owasco. Was a lot tougher than I expected. I had to walk a good distance of it unfortunately. If I have to jump another hay bail anytime it'll be too soon. I ran the 5k. They had a shorter distance as well. First obstacle was a six foot then ten foot wall. Being the nice guy I am we helped a lot of other runners over
