game one spoke volumes about the lakers readiness for the finals. especially the 3rd quarter when they broke it open, then punctuated by the "there will be no comeback" attitude in the 4th... that was a statement game. i could see us playing even better in game 2.
the magic have a sick team, but they have that deer-in-the-headlights look about them. i think they think they already won something- that works in our favor. they'll come out looking stronger in game 2, but expect the lakers to at least match their intensity.
forgot to give luke walton his due- that's 2 games in a row that he contributed big. he looks like he does a decent job of getting turk out of his comfort zone. very timely appearance from him, seeing how sasha is barely a blip on the radar
one last thing though- dwight howard swung his elbows on at least 2 occasions last night and i hope he connects with one next game... i can smell a suspension
