I am curious about one thing. With all of that water there is sure to be a ton of evaporation. Do you have some way to remove all of that? I would hate to see the sheet rock start to fall of the studs...

I'm lucky enough to have a very supportive wife that doesn't like the hours its taken to get to this point but enjoys the display room very much with our daughter.
So I finally started the clean up process in the filtration room and I have a LOOOONG way to go but its probably worth a few in progress shots.....
So at the end of 2012 I got married, changed consulting jobs, bought a house, sold a house and had to fix up and rent out another (all within 3 months of each other). So I scrambled to throw something temporary together to house the fish.......(so ugly)
The challenge was I had a 400g holding tank and 240g sump partly in the place where the new sump and filtration platform was going to be.....
So when my new commercial MRC sump arrived I had to first tie it into the existing system before I could tie in the new tank and we had to do it so that the whole thing could slide down to it's final resting place once the temp tanks were removed.
So after what seems like a ton of work and time, I was able to completely switch all animals to the display and finally take down the temporary tanks and stand. I was so ready to get them out I took the 400g acrylic tank down and out at midnight by my self. So gratifying.
And this brings up to today. Finally able to start cleaning up all the wiring that has been bugging me for weeks.....
Here is the left side of the filatration room. Flow goes into the UV (flow meter) then output feeds the skimmer but they are both valved so I can run either and service the other at any time. I also have my skimmer collection cup plumbed to a 5g bucket with a float switch and mag5 inside. I can do a skimmer washdown and flip a switch to pump all skimmate into the drain of the house. I also have a couple carbon filled snorkels since I run ozone at night.
Here is the straight shot of the sump and manifolds above. I plumbed my carbon and GFO reactors in the sump. I open valves for media cleanout that goes to the drain of the house during water changes. Then the ouputs of these reactors go back to the filter sock area for additional media filtration just in case.
Also plumbed into the manifolds is a bypass so if I had to, i could run the entire system off either return pump. 2HP chiller is outside and it dumps into the main sump entry as well.
Here is the view from the right side of the filtration room. Behind the tank entry is to the right. I have a flow meter on the output of the drain to the house so I can easily calculate how much water is exiting during WCs.
I think there around 50 Hayward true union ball valves alone. There are 8 returns to the display alone which presented a challenge from 2 return pumps and part of 2 manifolds.
