wait one moment i have to pick my jaw up from the floor....

looking amazing can´t get enough!!

thanks for showing!

Cheers Buddy

Hey Flo, you asked for more pics, and when I was looking down with my top down viewer, I thought, Flo would most certainly appreciate these colors I am seeing, so I snapped some pics for you mate! Thanks again for the kind words buddy! Cheers :)

Latest top downs are ridiculous Perry, you should be ashamed of yourself plastering porn all over a family forum........:p

You need to buy more acros mate, get some spath's !

Hey Andrew, the third pic is a spath, from your native land mate! Not nearly as nice and colorful as yours though. I am always on the hunt for new corals, I have a few that are still getting photo ready, and have a few more on the way. But yes, I need more acros, or should I say want... :) Thanks for the kind words about color, I am most certainly seeing the best colors this tank has yet to reveal, and thank you for always being such a great supporter of my journal, it means a lot to me mate! Cheers!

That(coming to greece) would be awesome perry:bounce1::bounce1:

Top downs are sick, can't believe how those corals glow!!!
Ponape is :eek1::eek1:!!!

Mike, thank you so much! I spoke with Cindy and showed her the posts about Greece, and she made sure to let me know to tell you that we will one day be there to meet you, and see your beautiful homeland. We also want to go down under too... Thanks again, when I was processing photos, that ponape had to be included, I just love the hot pink tips! Cheers my friend!

It's not an acro Mike...............

No, not an acro, but who cares right, that piece is one of my favorites, it has come so far, from nearly dead to thriving, lol...

but still love it andrew lol

Thanks Mike, the pinks and reds have always been good to me, not sure why, but under AF, they have become more pronounced and electric like... Cheers!

Absolutely outstanding, Perry!
You are wielding the af program like a finely tuned instrument!
Your corals are amazing!

Hey Matt, thanks man, I really appreciate the kindness :) I have another set of pics from the last top down session, and I think I will go ahead and share them. Thanks for looking over the journal, I am very happy where I see colors going. I just did a test today, and everything was identical to last test. Alk, ca , and mag did not shift at all in 10 days since last testing. NO3 was 1ppm on Salifert, and 0.00ppb on Hanna handheld. So, I at least think I have finally dialed in Component 123, and have not had to adjust in several weeks my dosing amounts. This balance I attribute to colors shifting again, and for the better. Thanks again for your compliments! Cheers :)

My last top down photo session, I had several more pics to share, but for the page not to take 10 minutes to view, I decided to wait and post these later, lol... Photos of a few that have not been documented or are newer, thanks for looking!

I believe this one is JF Sour Twist, finally taking off...

You need to get out of here with that spath. I can't get them to keep colors like that. Are you hitting it with loads of light? Or just normal?

Yeah, that peach does it for me, too.. Almost looks like a hint of blue on the tips.

Hey Matt, yeah it sort of has a bluish shimmer hue to it, the encrust line is sort of greenish. I just don't see true peach corals much, peach acros usually look brownish, not the case on this guy :) My collection is very modest in comparison to what you have managed to put together, just glad I could stumble into a few that are not often featured...

Hey Mike, lol, saw you post on Andrew's page about spath's and your luck, sorry to rub that in man, lol... That piece has serious potential, it is mostly orange and green, but is starting to show potential. This piece is pretty high up and is most certainly getting blasted! :)

Perrt that is just insane man. I have been quickly going over most threads lately since i have been super busy. I dont know how i missed those insane pictures holy crap man. Everything looks amazing. I wish i could get my pc rainbow, and ponape to look like that. I cant get the pinks out of it.. dang it gorgeous

So glad to read that bud, meeting you and cindy, one day would be awesome:beer:

Have you ever measured your par?
Still the same bulb combo as the last time or did you change it to the one you were considering?

I think I will need to make an Orlando area tour of LFSs. I know all the inventory in the couple places that I shop in my city. I believe that there are a couple of importers in Orlando area. It will be nice to to go over and possibly see newly arrived pieces and have a chance to be one of the first shoppers.

As always, your corals are stunning. It is a pleasure to follow along.

Thanks Jorge, the colors keep getting better, I am very low in nutrients now, have 11 fish, and am feeding like crazy, my fish are super fat :) I am still loading with more fish, and inverts, so hopefully the tank will liven up a bit, that is the idea anyway... The ponape is so underscored, I love the well due attention it is receiving, thank you for the kind words bud!

I have not yet taken my relaxed photo, sort of waiting for Biggles to forget about the club pics, then drop one on him mate :) Cheers Flo

Thanks Kevin, if you see anything you like and want to drive 30 miles more northeast on I-4, you are welcome to some of my corals, I will make it worth your trip :) PM me if you want

No, I am not a numbers guy Mike, I just put the corals where I think they compliment the growth patterns and colors around them, and let mother nature do her thing, the lights are only 8" above the tank with same combo, I would imagine 250 on the sand, if I were to guess my friend :) Cheers

Thanks Perry, I will definitely take you up on that. Will PM about a future weekend date to see what works for you. It will be awesome to see your tank and ask AF type questions.

Man no doubt about. It super under-rated, but imo it looks so cool when colored right. How much light /flow is yours getting?

Up until now people told me that 10-11 fish would be a quite heavy bioload for an SPS 120 even with a decent skimmer, and you are telling me that more would be fine?!

Yes, I plan somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 fish when I meet my goal. BFC means "Biggles Fish Coefficient" Biggles is another user who impressed upon the fact that more fish drives better SPS coloration.

Fish Everywhere, I vouch for BFC. I have 16 fish in my 65 G. My coral colours, though not as vivid as those in Perry's and Andrew's tanks, improved significantly since increasing my fish population. Using Ed's (BigE) analogy, zero nitrates in a tank with 16 fish is better than zero nitrates with fewer fish.

Cheers
