Doesn't look like they're including 20L, but I'll confirm when I swing by later.
If anyone is looking for standard 20 gallon tanks, I have two brand new tanks (purchased during the last Petco sale) that I drilled on the side for a 1" bulkhead (they were going to be used for grow-out tanks but my plans changed) and are blacked out on three sides with removable black vinyl. $20 includes pre-installed bulkhead. Also great for a sump or ATO container.
