Petsmart musta got smart

I looked up salt today and I always just got the 50 gal bags of IO which were $9.99 online and see now they are $16.99.

The buckets are still $31.99 so far though.
They match their online prices if you print them out and bring them into the store in case anyone does'nt know that.

I think petsmart is the only 1 that does that.

They match Dr. Foster + Smiths prices too, just bring in a copy of the latest magazine, and they will match prices on exact products only.

Petco will only match prices on local coupons, not online companys.

Petco is terrible...

Petco’s in store prices are considerably more than Petsmart

Petco will NOT match their online prices in the store...

Petsmart is great about matching their online prices in the store...

Whats even better, Petsmart will match Petco’s online prices even though Petco wont!!

Which is exactly why Petco just went private again (at least for the second time) because it's stock wasn't performing the way they wanted (duh!)...seeing as how Petsmart has these types of policies in place, only seems logical to me. I've worked for both in the past, and as a whole (as far as I can tell), Petsmart pays their employees more, has similar benefits, pays their store management *much* more...and still manages to be cheaper and sell more than Petco. You'd think they'd get wise...
