Well, I am not quite ready to start a build thread yet, as there remains a lot of equipment to purchase and plannig to do, but......I had to share the new tank!!!
280g, starfire all around, eurobraced, external overflows, etc....
6'X36"24"
I also had the LFS (I have a GREAT one) order me a sequence series 1000 pump for the closed loop. Comparable to the Hammerhead, but quieter and more energy efficent. Wheras the Hammer pulls almost 3amps, this one pulls 1.6 amps at 5800 GPH. Nice pump, Baldor motor and aluminim housing instead of the normal steel or whatever.
