Time to see some equipment! Here's my Euro-Reef 12-2. The body is 12" wide, and it stands 30" tall. With the two Sedra pumps, it pulls 81w of power and needs 18" x 18" of space in my sump. The collection cup can hold 1.5g of skimmate.

Here it is getting a bath. :D

And then back in its sump. ;)

One more from a different angle.

But apparently everyone in this forum can't afford a skimmer because they have a snazzy camera? ;)

Post those pictures, guys & gals!

 It is the opposite for me. I can't afford a snazzy camera because I blow all my money on fancy skimmers.

Here are some pics or my Bubble King 400 Internal. Hard to tell from the pics but the body is 16" in diameter.

I think they're intimidated by the skimmers that are already posted. :)
Here's mine. It's an 'Acrylic Reef Solutions' 8" diameter 30" tall Beckett.

Steven, I like how the collection cup matches the facets of the body. Pretty neat - did you use an old hex tank for the body of the skimmer? Nice job.

dgasmd, your skimmer looks cool too. It almost looks like one of the sand filters(3rd pic) I've seen at a couple of LFS.

I used a flat sheet and bent it 7 times. My web site has lots of pics of how I made it.
This one is 13" octagon by 48" tall, 3 sendra 9000

I would post a picture of mine but I think it wouldn't stand a chance against all of these large skimmers. ;)

Just post - that is the purpose of this thread. To see all the different kinds of skimmers people are using. I'd like to see if anyone has that italian skimmer yet, that I saw in the Elos Sponsor forum two days ago.

Here's one for those who dont have the "big guy" skimmers so they can post theirs:

Granted... I'm only using it because I have it. :p
