Bad, it's likely a predator of that particular sponge.

I think that's a flatworm, there are some larger species as well like that.

It's some sort of Sea Cucumber I believe.

When you clean, feed or mess with your tank, live rock has tube worms and such, so do some soft corals they put out a "net" and catch whatever is seeming or floating by.

It is always present. Hasn't moved, just reaches its arms out and each one will retract one at a time to feed the mouth.

It could be a Curly-Q anemone? What look like tentacles are finer than the ones I've seen, but it's a possibility.

Found this little guy recently. The orange was mostly buried under the sand and I coincidentally dug it out. Any idea what that orange growth on the shell is?

well that would be nicer. I have a few other zoa in the tank, but nothing with this coloration. maybe it hitched on the original rock work. The colors made me worry it was a bad one though.
