Looks like sponges to me as well. They should be harmless filter feeders and you'll be lucky if they survive in your tank long term. Most, not all, but most sponges don't survive long term in an aquarium.

I think the blue arrow points to some more tunicates, but I'm not 100% sure.
I have no clue what the things are the red arrow is pointing too, but there are a bunch of them as you can see.
I have a bunch of these as well. They full crevices all over the tank, but haven't really "taken over" or anything in the 18 months I've had my tank. Pretty sure they are little clove polyps.
