Trying to find and ID for these weird egg looking things on the bottom of some frag plugs. Some are clear some are not. Almost jelly looking.

Hi all, brand new to the hobby and have a question about what is growing on my liverock while my tank is cycling. If anyone could help me ID this, it would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Just saw a small white worm on our live rock. Then it went into a small hole and hid, definetely doesn't look like a bristle worm. Can anyone tell me what this might be ? Super worried. Not sure if you can see it but it's in between the chalice and frog spawn

Suitability:*Remove them!
