So last night I looked in my 2 month old 35 gal tank and found this thing. No idea what it was, googled and googled and no clue. Very odd looking. I just signed up today and this is my first time using a forum so hopefully I'm posting in the correct space. I also went through all the ID inquiries here to make sure I didn't see a duplicate. I also found out I have a small clear flat worm, a bristle worm and a really small starfish that are apparently bad so I'm going to take them out next time I see them. But what is this? Should this get pulled too? image.jpg

Ps I can't figure out how to upload more than one pic or a small video clip, so hopefully this one helps,

All the small tentacles coming off it seem to pull it around, moves like something out of a sci fi flick, wish it'd let me post the vid. How do I upload more than one pic per post? I know it's a newb question but I can't seem to figure it out

It's the smallest variety of spaghetti worm. I had dozens of them in the sand of my tank. They are harmless filter feeders that eat the smallest of foods (like some bacteria). Then I got a wrasse and in a few days he had eaten them all.

You can ship them to me if you don't want them!
