Please help identify a small damsel-like fish, could be pygmy angel

Ive been in the hobby over a decade and im stumped with this yellow fish that the owner of the nearest LFS to me sold me for 3.99. I cant tell if its growing to the size of a dwarf angel or what. But if its a damsel, i cant tell which one. heres a video.

In addition it loves to eat all of my red lettuce macro that is in the tank with it, not so sure it eats the chaeto and caluerpa as well.
