yes i did.. fortunately... yesterday i check him out and noticed the cloudy water ... trashed him... at least he didnt toxicate my 210g

And there you go by moving it from the tank you may have 1 of 2 things saved it from fouling the tank and the other put the final nail in the coffin by pulling it out sounds like it wouldnt have made it any how!

I have yet to see one recover from the status in the first post. In my humble and limited experience it was dead on the 23rd, the anemone did not know it yet.

Never seen one that can recover from that condition.
