Very nice Kenny, how big is it?
I like cyphastreas also, very colorful but have always worried about them encrusting over other corals. I've been told that their tentacles pack a good wallop (against other corals), true?
Kenney,
Is that a Cyphastrea Japonica? I recently got a line on some locally I was thinking of picking up. I've already got a piece of Meteor Shower and like the look of the Japonica!
Good Stuff!~
I love the color pattern on the Potter's wrasses and they are so active. Great fish Kenny, picts please. Also nice to see you posting more pictures lately. Very nice macro shots.Yay, the two Macropharyngodon geoffroyi have finally somewhat adjusted to my light cycle and coming out more. That sure took a while![]()
Dave, that's the Cyphastrea ocellina. The japonica does not have any red or pink in it. It's straight green and blueish/purple. If you had asked earlier about the japonica, I could have gotten you a nice baseball sized colony. I got rid of them all a while back.

Thanks anyway Kenny, I appreciate the offer! Also, thanks for the clarification...
So, do you no longer have the Ocellina pictured above then?
Still got a little bit of a zoahead left in me

Any shots of your favias especially the tequilla sunrise? I finally got a replacement for my saw so I have some favias I want to move into the display in the next couple of weeks and that is one of them.
Si Senor. How ya been, man. Hope everything worked out for you last week. Didn't hear back from you so I assumed you got it taken care of.
