pook do you have a vent in your garage? any porblems with mold or mildew from keeping the garage door closed? the only vent ill have is opening and closing the garage and a fan to blow air out

My garage only has that small rectangular vent on the side that was built along with the house. The climate is dry enough here that the humidity coming off the tank isn't a problem. I do have a small fan that's aimed out of that vent 24/7 when it's warm out. Mostly to vent the hot air, not so much for the humidity.

IC thanks yeah i also live in the bay area.. yeah i just bought a condo in oakland thats where the tank will be.. sadly i live RIGHT by that shooting that occurred but im in the hills
