Kenny-the FTS is looking great-but not as good as in person ;)-sorry about your pipe fish-dang flow pusher

Thanks for the kind words Joe. I wished I could say it looks half as good as some of the other tanks I know of :o

Thanks Joe. It's still the Canon 100mm. I am just playing around with different settings and found that for free hand top downs, medium aperture with a high ISO gives me pretty good results.

Thanks Leonardo! No photobox yet. Got one in the mail but it's too big. I'll have to make a smaller and easier to handle one to fit my dSLR soon. All of these top down pix were taken in the frag tank with the pumps off. Once I have the photobox, I'll be able to shoot more of the SPS, which are more or less stuck in place.

Finally finished my my fish trap and acclimation chamber. They are both approximately 6.5"x6.5"x13". The only difference between the two is that the acclimation chamber has slits cut in the two ends and bottom to allow water flow. It's big enough to hold a couple of decent size fish for a while to let them get use to the tank and the current tank inhabitants to get use to them before they are let loose.

I'll take a Kenny's special fish trap :)

I gotta test it out first. My only concern is if the bracket to hold it to the tank bracing will work or not. There is no reason it shouldn't but with that much water moving around, I have to make sure it's strong enough.

Can't remember for sure, but is your tank eurobraced or are there center braces?
