I had some issues a few months ago with three tanks and sps losing tissue it looked identical to the tissue lightening and loss in the pictures you posted. It started with an ORA chips then to a yellow tort then all other sps corals I was doing 10%-20% daily water changes. I though at first it was AEFW then a chemical issues. I could not nail it down.
Then I recalibrated my refractometer. My tank water was at 1.018. I brought it back up to 1.026 and things began to recover quickly.
I’m not saying that is your problem but it was mine and it was a stupid mistake. However you might want to double check thinks out. I’m not sure if it is possible but could there be something throwing off your salinity readings a chemical in the salt you’re using. Any way just sharing what I did and it did look and sound similar to what you’re battling.
