possible photo editing help?

yes I know this is a fish/coral photography forumn, but I'm a Lounger and I don't always go by the rules :lol:

I do however need a huge, huge, HUGE favor from somebody that is good with photo-shop for a photo of my daughter. Long story short, she was to give me a paper a couple of weeks ago about the school needing a photo for the newspaper to announce her shchools homecoming court. Well yes she completely forgot to give me the letter, guess when the photo is due? TODAY- ASAP

I tried to take a good photo of her but it is a very dreary day here and it needs some work, red eye, a blemish or two, the lighting etc. If any of my RC friends could possibly help me out it would be great!!!

thank you ... I do have photo shop 7 but only have the basics on using it. Good news is that I may have at least a few days to give the paper the photo so I'm sure we can come up with a much better one.
