Puffer behaviour

I fed my new puffer a little bit of LM prawn meat - the normal prawns you'd eat from a restaurant. I bought them whole frozen. The puffer ate a little piece, but for the first time since I had him (yesterday) he is laying on the bottom of the tank, not moving a fin, only his eyes.

Is this normal behaviour for an Immaculate Puffer?

It looks like a Sunday afternoon nap but the lights are all on!

Puffer's seem to eat and take naps , rest just like dogs , mine plumps up and rests on bottom of tank. This is my opinion.
