Question about sebae/carpet mix

Recently I aquired a black sebae clownfish (about 2 inches) and a green carpet (about 6 inches in diameter). The sebae pretty much took to the anemone right away. However, I have noticed that the sebae is kinda aggressive and never leaves the anemone, it gets scared to go 3 inches away to grab food, its constantly pushing really hard against the anemone, and kind of forces the anemone to cave in ( but not lose size). It seems to be preventing me from feeding anemone, as the sebae eats the food that the anemone grabs. However, the anemone seems happier with the sebae as a host.

Now that you understand the situation, my 2 questions are:
1. Is it possible for a clown to be too aggressive to an anemone, like cause physical damage to the anemone?

2. Is it possible to feed the anemone with brine and a turkery baster, or something of that nature so the clown doesnt steal the food?

1. Yes

2. Feed the clown more than he can eat. He'll feed the nem.

Brine is to fish what McDonald's is to kids. They love it but it has next to no nutritional value.
I would go with mysis instead of brine.
Not to say it's bad to give it occasionally as a treat.
- Always rinse this and all frozen foods before putting them in your tank. It reduces pollution in the tank.

Not all clowns will feed their nems. You need to make sure your nem is independently getting enough food.
Or enough light to make their own.... or let the clown get full enough that it doesn't steal the anemone's food.

myh female percula not only wont feed her nem she whips food away from the anemone with her tail.

she has amazing whipping accuracy she whips small chunks out of my tongs before they get to the anemone if i let her.

That carpet is going to want more than brine or mysis. Give him some chunks of shrimp or silversides.

Well, the carpet is fully open now and the clown is feeding it (steals food from my puffer and runs it down to the anemone :-), however, I still have yet to see the anemone eat. Clown stopped aggressively hosting it and now seems gentle with it, I think the clown was just gettin used to the tank and the anemone was its safe haven.
