question of blue dot jawfish

I have a blue dot jawfish coming in tommorow . I was wondering if they will pair with any type of shrimp if so what type you think would be best fit if its even doable. Allso i see in searches to keep in pairs i dont think thats true every tank i seen with 2 they allways fighting . Any thoughts ? If they can be kept 2 in tank im going to order another.

Jawfish aren't shrimp gobies. As for being kept in pairs i've seen that with pearly jaws but no personal experience with it.

Pistol shrimp will snap off the jawfishes' tail. I'd try to keep this jawfish alive for 2 months before getting another one particularly from the same source.
