Quick Ritteri Question

Can I put a Ritteri in my tank with unsecured rock?

I just have the rock stacked but I am nervous that it might knock all of the rock down. There is none of that reef putty or zip ties or rods in the rock.

Thanks

Mine is unsecured, but I did find it toppled over once. Combination of flow and mag leaning to one side. It's still unsecured but I structure it more carefully so it won't topple over

+1. When I had my mag it perched on the top of a rock. My MP40 gave it a lot of flow and one day it caught the current like a kite and the rock toppled over I would definitely secure the rock with other rocks, but you don't need to glue it.

A large enough rock is all you need. they like stable structure so a small rock that can top over with the anemone is too small of a rock IMO

Just be glad it did not carry the rock over the the edge and try to break out.

I had a smaller rock that was perfectly aligned as to not rock or move. I moved it and could not get it back in the right spot.. It started to move around on it, I found the sweet spot again, and it put its foot right back in the center.

Then it moved totally so that rock is now re-purposed.
