This is a great thread Evan. It's awesome to see all the toys and gadgets I hear about put in place. I can see it's a lot of work, but it's appreciated.
I'm really interested in the new refugium lighting too. It's great to see energy-saving alternatives in use. I guess we all know that if we don't cut down our energy usage, we won't have any reefs, except the ones in our tanks.

BYW the tank and all the DIY's looking real good!!! That chemical reactor, is it rate for a certain amount of flow?? I mean like is that size ok for bigger volumes of water?? Seems like it doesn't hold much carbon and would require changing carbon(or whatever you use) out often. Do they come in bigger sizes??? And have you noticed any differnence since you added that?? I currently use a bag of phosban and carbon in my sump. It's running passive but I do have it under my drain so all the water from drain does run thru it at least for a second.
