Radion mounting?

@mikeatjac Is your tank 48'' long? I have 2 radions on 90g (just purchased on Sat) and I'm wondering if it will be enough for a 48'' x 36'' marineland dd tank. Soft coral, anemones, clam mix reef.

When the Radions first came out, I had the same issue and found aluminum tubing and fittings at brunnerent.com that worked great. I have a 120 gal with two Radion's bolted dirctly to the aluminum tubing which makes it very rigid.

Yes it is a 120 48" long. I have 3 G1s and it is working great. Upgrading to the Pro and might just try 2.

I did take one, but as I was editing it, I realized there was a mess of wires and stuff.
Need to get that organized first.
This rack fits inside a canopy.

Thought I would throw my mounting solution in this thread. Hopefully it helps everyone to form their own ideas. I spent $45 on the Ecotech hanging kit and $67.52 on all the aluminum, bolts, washers and nuts at Lowes. This $67 includes a hacksaw and blades. If you already have a hacksaw and blades you can get the needed material for about $10-$15 chaeper than what I spent.

The U shaped aluminum pieces were great for hiding the wires in. The entire bracket is just an "L" shape with a triangle brace for extra support.

I changed my Reefkoi mount out for a ceiling tv mount and adapted it to the wall. This does not interfere with my screen for tank maintenance. Plus it swivels out of the way if needed.

That looks much better and cleaner. I wish I had a swivel on mine. It definitely got in the way when I was adding the sand today.

I have gotten a few pm's looking for the parts that I used. I bought these off of Amazon.
