Red carpet on the way....maybe?

Does it have an injured foot? From your photos it does not appear to be fully attaching to the acrylic. It is not naturally a horrible sign if it has an injury on its foot - I have had haddonis come back from being burnt almost in half, and sucked into powerheads. Typically a haddoni with a healthy foot will be fully attached to the substrate - be it acrylic or stone.

It has now moved back down to the sand bed and has fully attached its foot to the rock and sand area. I could not see any injury to the entire foot or column. Believe me, I've given this thing a complete look over ;)
I think it was in the process of moving down the acrylic when I took the pics earlier this evening, which is why the foot was only partially attached. I watched it walk its way down to the sand bed just after I posted those pics.
Mouth remains closed and fully inflated. Tentacles could be a little fuller though.
BUT, I am mostly concerned that it is not sticky right now. I put some mysis in the tank for the fish and some of the shrimp made their way to the anemone, but it would not stick. It did react to the presence of the shrimp, but would not grab it.
Should this concern me this early on?

No it should not concern you. In the course of shipping anemones get banged around a lot. I surmise they become somewhat desensitized to touch, or else many of their nemotocysts are fired off. Either way, it normally takes a while for them to settle in. I would not try feeding it initially, (at least for a day or two), and when you do start feeding make sure it is with SMALL (pencil eraser size) bits of food.

Update:
All going well. No gaping at all at this time, fully inflated, foot well buried in the sand bed, AND its sticky again!!! It is very bright red/pinkish in color. No change in the condition of the central tentacles.
I will try to feed it a small piece of fresh shrimp or fish tonight.
It looks so good in my main display tank that it kills me to move it to the new isolated tank :(, but I can't risk losing any of my rare angels or mystery wrasse ;)
I'll post some pics later tonight.

A few pics as of 5 minutes ago. I have not fed it yet, didn't get to the store for fresh food :( So far, none of the ocellaris have noticed it yet, which I think is a good thing, allowing it to settle in before being a host. Just about every other fish in the tank has come over to check it out though, making me a bit nervous, but so far, none have ventured 'too' close.

Thanks Tony! I think I may have gotten lucky with this one!
I've been asked about the true color of this guy. The first three pics were taken with the flash and are a little washed out. The last two pics are what the anemone really looks like under my 250 watt DE XM bulbs with T5 actinics.

More good news. Fed it 1/3 of a piece of fresh raw shrimp today and it ate! Very exciting! Mouth closed right up afterwards and all is well! I'm so tempted to keep it in the 240. Moving it in a few weeks makes me very nervous since its doing so well right now in the main display.
