The show opens a hour early on Saturday for SCMAS members, another good reason to join the club. Did I mention that SCMAS members get in the show for free Keep an eye out for this months meeting that will be Friday the 20th. My wife Kelly and I are in charge of membership so we will do our best to set you up before the show.

Some have said with all club perks it is the best $30 they have ever spent on the hobby, come join Friday the 20th, if you cant make it Let me know and I can get you signed up.

Yes SCMAS are allowed in both days free... that's just one of the perks of being a member. We do encourage those available Friday to help our vendors with setup. Details will be discussed at the upcoming meeting.

I was very thrifty at the MarineDepot sale this week, instead preferring to save my $$ for RAP.

Is RAP like MAX? I've never been RAP. Do they sell equipment, fish, corals, additives, etc? Equipment in particular, are there good deals?

There will be everything for sale. Some manufacturers bring equipment just for informational purposes but there will be some vendors that will be selling equipment and additives.

It's like MAX but MUCH, MUCH bigger and better.

Also, don't be affraid to ask manufacturers about buying display items. Worst answer you can get is "NO!" Sometimes you can get some great deals at the end of a show. For them it beats packing up the product and paying to ship it back! But you didn't hear that from me.
