Reef Brite LED's - Now Taking Orders!

Hi Jeremy,

I just bought a 90 gallons tank and currently have 55g with 4x54 T5 and one 48in reef brite blue. The tank came with 6x54 T5 and I was wondering if I should keep my current light, sell 6x54W and purchase another reef brite or put that new T5 on the new tank?
What do you think? I was thinking about putting 2x blue reef brite and 4x54 T5 on new 90 gallons. Do you think its enough light? I have mix reef mostly LPS and few SPS.

Thanks

I have a 90 gal with a 6x54w t-5s and a 48" blue reef brite and it looks great. I have lots of sps and lps. You should be happy and have good coral growth.

Just ordered a blue mini magnum to try out on my nano. Anyone know what the spread is like on these since its only 2 LEDS?

Got my mini magnum today, quick shipping! Thanks Premium! This thing is crazy bright for how small it is. My tank is a 150watt MH and this is just supplemental. Does this have enough par to have to worry about acclimating the coral to it?

I saw on ************ that the XHOs that will be supplementing the metal halides will be 2 shades of blue. Is this the same with the regular strips and will there be anymore different shading styles, like white and red or pink?

Jeremy, what colors will the new XHO strips be? I have seen something about a blue/royal blue combination. What would the best combination of 4 strips be to completely light my 120?

XHO's will only be the proprietary blue that RB uses for their LED's. The XHO's should be arriving to us tomorrow. We still do not have an eta on the dimmable power supplies.

Jeremy, as i would like to put one module of these to improve mine RSM130D light i wonder what is the Height of this module? Do you think it will fit RSM130?

hey Jeremy, I recently bought 2 50/50 15inch Reef Brite LED. It says its 12 watt, I see 6 bulbs total in the middle, but I feel like im seeing 1 on left and 1 on right side of the light?

Am i seeing the reflection? because they look pretty real. So it has total of 6x3 = 18 bulbs total, but its 12 watt. Anyway, I currently have 2 50/50 over 20x20x20 Solana 34 tank, and it looks pretty purple rather than blue, which I absolutly love more, since I like the violet looking color rather than blue ish.

Anyway, I was wondering if just 2 will support clams and sps for Solana 34 20x20x20?
If not could I just add 1 full 100% blue one ? instead of 50/50?

Also will the full blue one make the tank make more violet than right now? or will it make it more blue? I really like the violet look and wouldnt mind if it gets more color.

Edit: also I have these 2 places on just top of the glass top, not hanged or anything
Sorry for so many questions, but I really look forward to hear from you. Thanks

2nd edit: just saw the one your site sells, it looks different than the new ones I bought from lfs. The reef brite company sticker on mine is sticker, while the one in your site looked like plastic. Also, and yeah like i said, mine for some reason has more bulbs. Do you think this might be older model version?

also the inside seems a bit different, like mine pokes out like a hill, but the pictures on yours seems just flat metal? ish. Is mine an older model? or is 15inchers and 24+ inchers look different?

XHO's are in stock! I just got the opportunity to test the PAR reading on a 36" unit and was impressed with the results. The PAR increase from the standard RB to the new XHO was approximately 60%. My readings at 10" with the standard ReefBrite were 113, while the XHO version came out to 185.
